Customer will receive a hub and will need to turn it on via the power button. As soon as the device is turned on it will communicate to our server to activate which can take few minutes. Then the hub will automatically start collecting data for sensor within Bluetooth range. The hub will collect data and send update every 15 min. - New data will be sync and available every 15 min on the Giatec 360/ phone. - If the sensor was tagged twice for any reasons, the hub will update data from both sensor names.
